What is Flow?

By definition, Genesis Flow is a continuous and seamless sequence of whole body loaded movements done with rhythm and timing with an aim to keep momentum alive. The term more commonly used is “flow” training, but within our program we interchange flow with Loaded Movement Training (LMT).

Genesis Flow is a science driven style of training that not only has numerous benefits but is more engaging compared to the traditional forms of exercise. It features concepts such as whole body functional training, rhythmic coordination, cognitive enhancement, improved metabolic function, and improved tensile strength.

Through the years the performance gains we’ve experienced in our mobility, our strength, our cardio, and athleticism not only prepares us for the challenges of life but for sport as well.

We at Genesis Flow have found a passion for the creativity that Loaded Movement Training/Flow provides. We have brought sustainability in the way we train, and even though we have experienced all the benefits, what we discovered most is the joy Genesis Flow brings to movement.
